My name is Jasmine. I currently live in London. I've also lived in Tanzania for 12 years and in the US for nine years.
My passion for movement started with Zumba as a 16-year-old, followed by weight training, which I've been practising for the past 8 years. Over the past 4 years, I have immersed myself in the practice of Yoga, and it has profoundly transformed my relationship with my body and movement in general.
My passion for Yoga goes beyond my practice; I strongly desire to share its benefits with others.
I believe in the intricate dance between the breath, present awareness, proper alignment, and mindful movement both on & off the mat.

To me, yoga is an intricate dance between movement, breath, and present awareness that extends beyond our practice on the mat. Proper alignment, breath, and awareness are essential.
I truly believe that moving our bodies doesn't have to be boring. It's fun, I promise. It starts by listening to our bodies, present awareness, and the breath—being led by the breath instead of the ego. Ultimately, we want to nourish our bodies through movements that feel good, challenge us, and consider how our body is feeling at this moment, today.
